The Heart of Europe located on The World Islands is expected to further bolster Dubai's credentials in the luxury tourism industry.

The destination, located 6.5km from the coast of Dubai, will offer a combination of an island retreat and a Dubai city break. The island will feature a 24/7 butler service, an infinity pool, shallow lagoons, lush tropical gardens, a pool bar and restaurant. Snorkelling and diving activities will be available, along with spa facilities.
Kleindienst, the biggest European real estate company in Dubai, on Thursday announced the appointment of JK Bauen Building Contracting, Wuchang Ship Building Industry Group Co. Ltd and Sino Great Wall International Engineering Co. Ltd for the project.
The companies will join forces to carry out the construction of all the hotels located on the The Heart of Europe's main hub, Main Europe Island, villas on Germany Island, buildings and resort facilities on St Petersburg Island, as well as the buildings and infrastructure on the other three islands in the project.
JK Bauen, a boutique contractor specialising in high quailty projects following German building principals surrounding quality, safety and environmental standards, is the existing contractor for the prestigious Sweden Palaces on Sweden Island, construction of which is well underway.
