More than 150 developers will be out in full force at the 18th edition of the biannual Indian Property Show. It will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from June 2 to 4 and is in its largest format yet. The event is expected to attract over 15,000 visitors.

Organised by Sumansa Exhibitions, the show, which is free to enter, will be open to visitors from 11am to 8pm. Bollywood actor, director and film producer Arbaaz Khan will be the chief guest.

The show will give potential buyers a better understanding of existing and upcoming real estate projects, with an opportunity for interaction with various developers.

Some of the major developers participating in the show are: Lodha Group, L&T, Ozone Group, Mantri Developers, Sobha Developers, Prestige Constructions, Godrej Properties, Suntech India, Bombay Realty, Adani Estates, among others.

Jones Lang Lasalle India, the knowledge partner for the show, will provide advice and consultancy to buyers through seminars at the exhibition.

The Indian Property Show allows visitors to compare prices of residential, commercial and mixed-use units. Visitors can expect good deals, attractive prices and a range of budget to ultra-luxurious properties from across India.

R. Srividya, general manager for corporate sales and brand engagement, Indian Property Show, Sumansa Exhibitions, said: "Our exhibition has helped several Indian developers build credibility and create brand awareness through positive word of mouth. Also, they can find new customers and fortify relationships with existing ones. This expo helps spread knowledge on current realty trends in India which will help investors to make informed decisions."

The Indian Property Show also includes seminars, with a line-up of industry experts addressing some of the hottest topics in the real estate market. Property consultants, legal advisors and banking experts will talk at seminars on subjects ranging from Vaastu, know your city and property investment, among others.
