Dubai Properties (DP) has announced the launch of the second tower of Bellevue Towers for sale. The residential development has garnered huge investor interest and high customer demand after Bellevue Tower 1 was launched in June this year.

Bellevue Towers is part of a two-tower development in Business Bay, close to the waterfront of Marasi Business Bay and with views of the Burj Khalifa. With 23 residential floors and over 300 units ranging from one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, to three-bedroom penthouses and lofts, the launch of the second phase of the property is in line with recent data released by the Dubai Land Department recording a 14 per cent increase in land transactions of apartments for the second quarter of 2016.

Marwan Al Kindi, executive director of sales and sales operations at DP, said: "The strategic location and reasonable price-point of Bellevue Towers is one of the main attractions for buyers and investors who are on the lookout for high-quality residential destinations at the heart of the city. Our decision to bring forward the launch of the second tower of the development is in direct response to market demand for customised, high-end properties."

The sustainable design of Bellevue Towers features a contemporary facade with balconies and terraces for all apartments, with views of Dubai's skyline. The building will include a landscaped podium terrace, and amenities including a gym, pool and children's pool, and playground. The development is scheduled for completion in 2019.
