Bloom Properties has commenced enabling works at Bloom Heights, a mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.

The developer has appointed Becon Construction to execute the enabling works scheduled for completion in February 2017.

Bloom Heights will consist of two high-rise towers linked internally across four podium levels. The project will offer 686 residential units ranging from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "There has been great interest in this project since its launch in September 2016 given its range of amenities and easy access to major thoroughfares in Dubai."

Bloom Heights includes two swimming pools, a running track, a gym, a multipurpose hall and convenience retail outlets.

The project will enjoy easy access to Shaikh Zayed and Emirates roads via Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. It is located in proximity to Circle Mall at Jumeirah Village Circle, a community centre and several parks, retail outlets, schools, play grounds and mosques.
