The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the official representative organization for business women, both professionals and entrepreneurs, in the Emirate of Dubai, hosted a forum titled 'Today I Will.Action for Gender Parity', alongside Rana Nawas, President of Ellevate Dubai. The forum was opened with remarks by Dr Raja Al Gurg, President of DBWC, and Rana Nawas, which also welcomed prominent business leaders like Fadi Ghandour, Co-founder and Vice Chairman, Aramex, Louise Vun, Partner, Addleshaw Goddard, Zainab Kufaishi, Institutional Relationship Manager, Invesco, Simona Agolini, Project Director for Iraq, Shell and Laila Mohd Suhail, CEO at Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment.
 The forum was moderated by Becky Anderson, CNN Anchor and welcomed other speakers including; Ambareen Musa, Founder and CEO, Souqalmal.com, Roula Theodory, Founder and Managing Partner, Cherry on Top, Nathalie Haddad, Founder and Managing Director, Right Bite, Bodour Al Hilali, Founder and Managing Director Belle Femme and Partner and Managing Director, Saladicious, Joanne Kubba, Uber Public Policy Director MENA and Ms Rima Assi, McKinsey and Co.
