Management guru hails leadership programme

DUBAI — Blair Sheppard, Dean of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Chair and Founder of Duke Corporate Education, recently applauded the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Programme for its vital role in developing indigenous talent.

Led by Blair Sheppard, a high-level delegation was welcomed by Adel Al Shared, Director of the leadership programme and Director of Emirates Nationals’ Development Programme. Al Shared said: “We are delighted our efforts to initiate result-oriented programmes for government leaders, young leaders and business leaders are being internationally recognised. We hope to gain from his (Sheppard’s) extensive experience in the development of human skills to further our core objective of investing in human capital.”
