Lyn Turner fired an ace on the 143-yard 17th hole on the Wadi by Faldo course, a superb 5-wood brought her the third hole-in-one of her golfing career and the traditional expensive bar bill following the shot gun start.

Noel Rossouw, Jerry Parks, Bob Bailey and Ivy Bailey dominated the team scramble after signing for a faultless nett 58.3. Their gross tally of 64 included nine birdies with six of them coming to the outward half. The Srivastava family claimed the runner-up position with a nett 59.

Also in the prizes were Ann Conlon, Jai Srivastava, Jee Hye Kim and Jitendra Odhrani for their performances on the nearest-the-pin and long drive contests.
