Al Fattan Currency House is a Dh950 million ($258 million) mixed-used development comprising a 52-storey private residence and serviced apartments, office building and retail and leisure complex. 

Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort, a Dh900 million, is described as an "ultra exclusive resort development", being built on The Palm Jumeirah. It comprises separate residences, serviced apartments, spa retreat, marina, beach club and a five-star hotel. Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts will manage the complex.

A new corporate headquarters is also being built. Called Al Fattan House, it will be the only office building in Dubai Marina, 13-storey commercial development, and is being built behind their Marine Towers development. Al Fattan's  residential properties are targeted at the top five per cent of the earning population, and are designed to meet the highest standards of exclusivity, both in design and location, said the company's chairman, Musabbeh Rashid Al Fattan. He also said that prices for the properties have yet to be confirmed.

Phillip Fusco, Al Fattan's director, marketing and development, also said that the company was also looking to expand to other emirates, the greater region and to Europe, but would not elaborate on a timeframe. "It was looking at Abu Dhabi," he said, and was also considering expanding into other business sectors.

The executives were speaking at the unveiling of the company's new corporate identity and "experience centre." Located near DIFC, not only does the centre act as a "show home," but gives prospective buyers the opportunity to look at scale models of all past and future developments.

Of the new corporate identity, the chairman said: "The colours of the logo are inspired by the UAE flag to reflect our roots, while the new visual identity of strong clean and solid pillars represents timeless design and engineering excellence."

Al Fattan Properties' other developments include: Oasis Beach Hotel, Lotus Plaza, Al Fattan Gardens, a luxury apartment building and Al Fattan Plaza, located next to the Dubai Airport.
