Etisalat announces working hours during Ramadan

ABU DHABI -- In the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Etisalat on Monday announced that all its Business and Service Centers will work in two shifts during the month.

These timings seek to maximize both, customer service as well as employee satisfaction. The working hours will be as follows:

Morning Shift: (Sunday to Thursday): From 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in all business and service centres across the UAE.

Evening Shift: From 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Work during this shift will be limited to the following centres:

Abu Dhabi Region: Main business centers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Al Salam Business Centre, Madinat Zayed Service Centre in the Western region and Al Ruwais Housing Service centre.

Dubai Region: The two main business centres in Deira and Al Wasl.

Northern Emirates: Al Manakh business Centre, Mushairef, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Dhaid and East Coast – Al Fujairah Business Centres.

Saturdays: All business centres will open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with the exception of Digdagah, Ghalilah, Khorfakan, Dibba and Kalba service centres.

Etisalat’s outlets in shopping centres will follow the timing of the respective shopping centres they are located in.

Etisalat’s outlet in Al Samha petrol station on Abu Dhabi-Dubai road will remain open 24 hours a day. Dubai Airport and Sharjah Airport outlets will also remain open around the clock.
