Tomorrow is the first day of Eid Al Fitr in the UAE‘After several measures, and following contacts with neighbouring countries, it was established that tomorrow, Sunday, is the first day of Shawwal and hence the first day of Eid Al Fitr in the UAE,’ the Committee said in a statement released this evening.

Dr Hadef Jawan Al Dhaheri, Justice Minister and Head of the Committee and the members extended greetings to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Their Highnesses Members of The Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Crown Princes of the Emirates, people of the UAE and Islamic nations.
