Enany added that The Jeddah Economic Forum has always been a platform on which to discuss topical current affairs, whether economic, social, political or religious, affecting not only the region but the international arena as well. This is only possible through a cultural exchange between a diverse group of professionals representing different societies and ideologies.

"The theme for this year's forum could not be more relevant," he stated. "Honouring Identity and Celebration Common Grounds strives to create a universal understanding of the importance of tolerance and respect of individuals from all races, genders and backgrounds."

Enany emphasised that, "The Jeddah Economic Forum is an international event with a multinational gathering that calls for the continuous discussion and open dialogue of the most prevalent issues that confront the global economy today. Therefore, we do not take any political stances."
