Bahrain first Arab state to attract FDI

MANAMA — Bahrain ranked first among Arab countries in attracting foreign investment, according to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) World Investment Report 2005.
Bahrain News Agency quoted the report as saying that this ranking is the result of good performance on the part of Bahrain.
