DUKE INTERNATIONAL FZCO is one of the largest suppliers of structural steel and building materials in the MENA region. DUKE caters to fabricators, end users in the construction, oil field, petrochemical and maritime industries; and also to traders and distributors.
The founders of DUKE began their involvement in the business of steel from 1974 in Oman. In 1994, Duke started a stock and trade hub in Sharjah under the name of Duke Trading Establishment and in 2002 commenced their Dubai operations by the name of Duke Steel Trading Company LLC. In 2004 Duke set up a large warehousing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone. This facility stocks the most comprehensive range of long, flat, tubular and allied metal products.
In view of the progress and expansion projects of UAE and the region, Duke opened an additional state-of-the-art distribution centre in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). The new premise is equipped with Gantry cranes and other material handling equipments to manoeuvre heavy steel products with ease. The addition of the new distribution centre has also enabled to widen the product range and this has aided to serve the vast clientele throughout the GCC and MENA region.
