The Ras Al Khaimah Police has appealed to the public to help find a missing 44-year-old Emirati man from the northern emirate.
The mentally disturbed man went missing ten days ago, according to police sources. "He was wearing a traditional local white kandura or garment."
The man, identified only as Salah, was last seen walking along the Oman road in RAK city, eyewitnesses told Khaleej Times. "I saw him walking on the Oman road two days before the Eid Al Fitr holiday," Saed Al Khalidy said.
"I also saw him crossing the Muairidh road, close to the Fish Market, some months ago," another eyewitness told Khaleej Times.
Police and the man's family are concerned about his welfare, and have released a photograph in the hope that someone may be able to find him.
Salah is around 117cm tall, wears a white kandura, head cover, and has medium length black hair.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact any police station, or contact 050-7669229, or 07-2356566 directly.
